How to work?

Before packaging candy, the size of the packaging film is set first, and the packaging film is sent out by the feeding mechanism to form a cylindrical bag in the bag maker. Both ends of the film are palm-shaped, and heat and pressure are applied to both ends of the film at the sealing portion to perform heat sealing. Candies are continuously inserted into the cylindrical film at regular intervals by a supply conveyor installed at the front end (supply section) of the bag maker. The terminal sealing device heats the packaged product and its middle film, and at the same time it is pressurized and heat-sealed, it is cut by a cutting machine to end the complete packaging process, and the cycle repeats itself.
